OTA is a Technician who receives the Surgery Patient in the hospital Operation Theater according to the Standards of the International Healthcare, prepare the patient for the surgery till thesurgeon comes and prepare the operation theatre according to the specific operation and facilitates the surgery team in achieving the desired goals. Skilled OTA develops the sterilization of the operation theatre and instruments therefore
protecting the patient from unknown serious infections. The OTA is the second eye of the Surgeon doctor and gives the facilitation according to its advice. The level of the Hospital OT Standard is always dependent upon the skills of the OTA. In addition to qualification, higher the level of skills of the technician higher shall be the salary and associated benefits.
If OTA Technician Is Not Qualified Then They Might Perform Wrong Sterilization or cause improper OT preparations Affecting theSurgical Treatment, compromising patient Safety, giving Infections, sometimes life – threatening serious infections and Causing Damage to Patient Life.
X-Ray Technician is one who performs X-RAYS in the X-RAY DEPARTMENT according to the advice of the doctors through X-RAY MACHINE and also issue the films. All X-RAY procedures are performed by the X-RAY Technician. X-Ray Technicians are well aware of the dose of radiations to be given to the patient from X-ray machine for getting the image with better results so the untrained or unqualified being unaware of the knowledge causes damage to the patient. The expertise and safety level of
the X-Ray Department is always dependent upon the skills of the technician. In addition of qualification, higher the level of skills of the technician higher shall be the salary and associated benefits.
If X-Ray Technician is not qualified then they might give wrong X-Ray doses affecting the safety of the patients and causing Damage to Patient Life.
Dispenser is a Technician who receives the Medical Emergencies in the hospital according to the Standards of the International Healthcare, manage the patient till the doctors comes and provide the first aid. The dispenser is the second eye of the specialist doctor and gives the treatment according to its advice. The level of the ER Department of Hospital is always dependent upon the skills of the technician. In addition to qualification higher, the level of skills of the technician higher shall be the salary and associated benefits.
If Dispenser Is Not Qualified Then First aid will not only be affected but also can cause serious damage to the patient life as they are unaware of the priorities of the treatment.
These are the Technicians who prepare and maintain the dental department in the hospital according to the Standards of the International Healthcare, prepare the patient for the dental procedureand develops the sterilization of the dental segment. The level of the Dental Department is always dependent upon the skills of the technician. In addition to qualification, higher the level of skills of the technician higher shall be the salary and associated benefits.
If Dental Technician/ Hygienist Is Not Qualified Then They Might Perform Wrong Sterilization or Give Cross Contamination Affecting the Treatment, giving Infections , sometime life – threatening serious infections and Causing Damage to Patient Life.
It’s the Technician who prepare the anesthesia section of the Surgery Patient in the hospital Operation Theater according to the Standards of the International Healthcare, prepare the patient for the surgery till the surgeon and anesthesia doctor comes and prepare the anesthesia department according to the specific operation and facilitates the surgery team in achieving the desired goals. The anesthesia technician is the second eye of the anesthesia doctor and gives the facilitation according to its
advice. The level of the Hospital Anesthesia Department is always dependent upon the skills of the technician. Before Surgery making arrangements for the Anesthesia fitness of the patient is also the prime duty of the technician.
If Anesthesia Technician Is Not Qualified Then Dose of medicines will not only be affected but also can cause serious damage to the patient life as they are unaware of the priorities of the treatment.
Technician who prepare the ophthalmicdepartment in the hospital according to the Standards of the International Healthcare, prepare the patient for the ophthalmic procedures. The Ophthalmic technician is the second eye of the doctor and gives the facilitation according to its advice while performing all examinations through the machinery. The level of the Hospital Ophthalmic Department is always dependent upon the skills of the technician.
